The NEW Kirklees Diversity, Equality and Innovation Conference and Awards Organised by the

Kirklees Diversity = Innovation Network will be back for 2024.

Diversity is a key driver of innovation and is a critical component of being successful on a local, national and global scale.   A diverse set of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds is crucial to innovation and the development of new ideas, equality, and a sense of belonging whether that be in business or community setting.

The conference will be for those invested in Diversity, Equality and Innovation in organisations or the community,

with a focus on sharing ideas, best practise tools and resources. 

The conference aims to support businesses and organisations to create a culture in which everyone,

regardless of their background, feels that they belong.

The awards, will aim to showcase the work of those who go above and beyond their social responsibility to

mirror the increasing diversity of the UK in their workforce.  The awards will celebrate businesses and

organisations that see equality as more than just policies and practices, and is something that runs

throughout the very heart of what they do.
