The Kirklees Diversity, Equality and Innovation Awards, organised by the Kirklees Diversity = Innovation Network will recognise the businesses, organisations and individuals who take the lead in diversity, equality, and innovation:
those who are significant and positive role models to others.
 
The awards aim to showcase the work of those who go above and beyond their social responsibility to mirror the increasing diversity of the UK. The awards will celebrate businesses and organisations that see equality as more than just policies and practices, and is something that runs throughout the very heart of what they do.
 
The awards cover all aspects of diversity and innovation including, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion, and will highlight business, organisations and individuals from across Kirklees.
 
These awards reflect the Kirklees Diversity = Innovation Networks commitment to driving forward and embedding positive change bringing diversity, equality and innovation to the next level for business and the community.
